Absolutely loved our visit. The owner was very kind and friendly. Gave us some good recommendations. The food was fantastic. We had the panzerotto and they were delicious. And we finished our meal off with a pistachio cannoli. We both said hands down the best we ever had!

Davide knows his stuff. Food is the real deal and authentic Italian. Arancini are Fabulous. Try one if you've never had one, of any flavour. The take on a panzerotti a sweep fried thin pizza folded in half, filled the the filling of your choice. Surprisingly light and very tasty! The top it off with a dessert cannelloni, the pistachio is my fave.

5* experience all around! The food is absolutely delicious and you won’t find anything like it in London! All ingredients are top quality and the food is full of flavour. The panzerotti from this truck are unreal . So cheesy, so fresh, proper Italian vibes. Honestly one of the best street food bites I’ve had in London comfort food at its finest. 🤌

The panzerotti were nicely crispy on the outside and very generous inside. The spicy one had a good kick without being too much, and the Parma was tasty and well balanced. The arancini were also really good, crunchy on the outside, creamy and savoury on the inside. Service was very friendly and quick, and you can tell they care about what they’re doing. So delicious and David was lovely. Tried a pistachio, burrata and ham calzone, then had one with rocket, ham, tomatoes and also burrata and pesto. Both YUM!!!

Davide and all the team made me feel so welcome! Everyone was super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was amazing, and the cannoli were not only delicious but also really original—the best I've had! I had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back again. Absolutely recommend to everyone!

Amazing genuine italian food! You can tell the ingredients are high quality. I had mozzarella sticks and classic panzerotto (folded fried pizza) and they were delicious. The service is amazing and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the experience. Una gemma per tutti i Pugliesi a cui manca il panzerotto!

My first time trying Panzerotti and definitely won’t be my last. Think calzone but the dough is much lighter. It was incredible. Highly recommend the truffle arancini too. The pistachio cannoli was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Service is so friendly. The Mercato vibe is great, a great way to spend an afternoon with friends enjoying the various stands. Next time I want to try the mozzarella sticks!

If you’re looking for an authentic panzerotti experience from Puglia made with exquisite ingredients, this is the place to go. I visited PanzFactory with a friend - I went for the classic, while my friend chose the truffle option. We thoroughly enjoyed our Italian street food experience at Mercato Metropolitano and will definitely be back.
